Yes. Permits, drawings, and inspections are part of every Apex scope. We pull them before crew shows up, and we handle every walk-through. You don't deal with the township; we do.
Yes — we work with three local lenders who specialize in renovation loans (HELOC, cash-out refi, and dedicated reno products). We can introduce you and we can structure draws to match the project. We don't earn referral fees from any of them.
Two-year workmanship warranty on every Apex project, from the day we hand back the keys. Manufacturer warranties on appliances, fixtures, and roofing pass through directly to you. If something we built fails, we come back and fix it — no fine print.
