Who can become an affiliate?
Anyone who meets homeowners: contractors and trades, attorneys and financial advisors, property managers and landlords, insurance agents, lenders, movers, past clients, friends and neighbors.
How do I refer someone?
Open your personal link and fill in a short form with the homeowner's details, or hand your link or QR code to the homeowner so they can reach us themselves. Either way, the referral is tied to you automatically.
What happens after I refer someone?
We reach out within one business day, listen to what they need, and walk them through their options: selling, renovating, buying, renting or managing. Nobody is pressured into anything.
How will I know what happened?
Your affiliate portal shows every referral as it moves from received, to contacting, to an appointment, to in progress and closed. We also email you at the big milestones.
How do affiliate rewards work?
Approved affiliates earn a set reward for each referral that becomes a closed deal. The amount depends on the type of deal (a cash offer, property management, a home purchase or listing, or a renovation) and is listed in the reward table on this page. We confirm your arrangement when we approve your account, and rewards are paid where the law allows.
What information do I need to refer someone?
The property address, plus the owner's name and the best way to reach them if you have it. You can also ask us to contact you first. Only share details of people who are okay with us reaching out.
Can I send a referral without signing up?
Yes. Anyone can send a single referral from our Refer a property form. Affiliates also get their own link, QR code and portal to follow every referral.
I'm already an Apex customer. Can I join?
Yes. Sign in to your customer portal and open Refer & earn. You join with the same login and get your own link and QR code there.
